Terms of Sale

Plain-language terms for shopping at Find and List It.

Items and availability

Most items are one-of-a-kind. An item is yours only once your order is confirmed (paid online, or reserved and then paid at the booth). Reservations and holds are released automatically if they are not completed in time.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.

Condition and authenticity

We describe condition honestly using grades A, B and C. See the Authenticity guarantee and Return policy pages.

Offers

An offer is not a purchase. When we accept an offer we email you a private link that locks the price for a limited time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. This page is a starting template and not legal advice.
